The "No Return" Policy

Once an order has been processed, it is considered final. Due to the nature of our products and our commitment to maintaining inventory integrity:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind.

  • Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have entered the processing phase.

Damaged or Defective Items

We understand that sometimes things happen during transit. If your order arrives damaged, we are happy to make it right.

  • Reporting Window: All damage claims must be submitted within 3 days of receipt of delivery.

  • The Process: To request a replacement, please email our support team with your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.

  • Resolution: Once the damage is verified, we will gladly send a replacement for the affected item at no additional cost.
