Before use: Rinse your new sponge thoroughly in clean water to ensure the removal of all fine sea particles.

Using the sponge:

  1. Gentle Does It: Use the sea sponge in circular motions on your face or body. Be gentle, especially on sensitive areas. Sea sponges can be exfoliating, so avoid harsh scrubbing.
  2. Focus on Exfoliation: If you want to target areas that need more exfoliation, like your feet or elbows, you can use a bit more pressure with the sponge.

After use: Simply lather, rinse completely, and air dry to extend the life of the sponge. You can also refresh the sponge in a baking soda and water solution.
